Breakfast Cupcakes

Made these for breakfast today. Two out of the 3 kids loved them. The hubbs thought they were fine. I thought they were fantastic.

2 cans Pillsbury biscuits
6 eggs
1/4 cup milk
1/2 cup shredded cheese

whatever fillings you'd like. We did sausage, onion, green peppers, red peppers, yellow peppers, and orange peppers.

Place a biscuit inside each spot in a cupcake pan. Press around the sides and bottom. Whisk together eggs, milk, and cheese. Fill with your biscuits half full with egg mixture. Add in your fillings. Top with cheese. Bake at 350 degrees for 13-16 minutes.
